Member Benefits

To satisfy our mission to promote and support the work of all Health Access Assisters who help individuals, children, and families gain, use, and retain high quality health care and coverage, the National Association of Health Access Assisters offers the following member benefits:

  • Regular training opportunities, program expertise and access to technical assistance informed and provided by experts and assisters themselves. These trainings will touch on a number of topics from influencing policy at all levels to developing and executing effective media messaging.

  • In-person, remote, local and national networking opportunities to help you and your organization both develop professionally and build your networks.

  • Members-only access to national policy experts at NAHAA special events.

  • Valuable tools and resources to build capacity in a number of areas including financial diversification, research, and support with program design and longevity.

  • Health Access Assister advocacy and representation.

  • Opportunities to be active in decision making at the federal level through NAHAA committees.

  • Discounts to NAHAA events and partner events nationwide.

  • Up to the minute access to current policies, legislation, research and templates for comments.

This list is composed of services in our first full year of operation. Members should both expect it to grow and feel empowered to have a dialogue with us about what other services would be most helpful as membership grows.
